WAGONMASTER

CAMPOUT SCHEDULES
The Wagonmaster shall schedule the campouts for the year and notify the
membership through the newsletter editor where and when each campout
will be.

CAMPOUT HOSTS
The Wagonmaster shall select Hosts and assistant Hosts for each
campout.  Each Host shall be provided with all information necessary to
manage the campout.  The Wagonmaster shall insure that the Hosts have
made all the necessary arrangements for each campout, and have arranged
for all necessary equipment.  A campout list shall be submitted to the
President with the campout dates, Host names, campground fees, and
campground facilities.

RESERVATIONS AND CAMPOUT PAYMENT CHECKS. 
The wagon master shall establish payment procedures for campout
reservations.  He shall assist the host to record member names, and
payments for a campout roster. The payment checks shall be sent to the
treasurer for deposit.

CAMPOUTS
The Wagonmaster shall monitor the campout activities and provide
guidance when necessary.  The Wagonmaster shall assist the host to
direct incoming member parking.

REPORTS
The Wagonmaster shall report to the members at each general meeting the
status of the campouts and any problems.

ASSISTANT
The Wagonmaster shall appoint an assistant to assume the
responsibilities of wagonmaster when he cannot attend campouts.
This assistant could be the campout host.
