H-O-G USPS DISTRIBUTION
The
Publisher shall receive the printer ready
newsletter from the Newsletter Editor. He will maintain the USPS mailing address
Roster and maintain a Mailing Labels File. He will coordinate the printing,
addressing, and mailing of the monthly H-O-G to those members receiving the USPS
mailed version. The newsletter publisher shall submit a billing to the Treasurer
for reimbursement of publishing costs each month.
H-O-G E-MAIL DISTRIBUTION
The Publisher will maintain an up to date
e-mail list of all members in his computer, and send an e-mail notice to all
members when the H-O-G is ready for distribution each month.
